A place I visited quite a while ago. It is located within the Danyang Hanok B&B complex and is far from an old house as it is a recently built B&B complex.
The overall neighborhood has a quiet atmosphere, and the view of the foot of Sobaeksan Mountain from the parquet floor is attractive. There is a tea room, so it's nice to lounge around with a cup of tea in the morning.3

Room size: About the size of a small child's room in an average apartment
Cleanliness of the room: There was hair everywhere, so I had to mop it myself and turn off the blanket. The owner probably didn't understand because he cleaned the room, but it's true that I wasn't the only one who saw the lack of cleaning.)
Heating: Very good, hot and nice.
Facilities in the room: Rice cooker, etc. for cooking, no drinking water (texted to buy it), good TV (no Netflix)
Soundproofing: Not at all (in other reviews, the owner posted that it was not soundproofed and said it was rude, but the owner's room is one room across from it)
The guest room is adjacent, and I also heard noises from the room next door until past 12 o'clock and woke up from 7 a.m. due to the noise. Although this is due to the nature of the hanok, it was an unexpected aspect from the guest's perspective and significantly lowered the intention to revisit the entire hanok room in the future.
