Great hotel to explore Seoul. Professional staff. Friendly and helpful. Rooms are spacious and clean. Only contra point is the weak air conditioning. Even on lowest temperature and full blast it doesn't cool the room below 24 degrees. There are two A/C vents, but only one is working. After asking the staff, I got told this was supposed to be work like that. Not sure how this would suffice during scorching heat summers in Seoul. Otherwise great hotel.

I felt like I should write a review. I'm actually staying here right now. I've been here for over a week. Its been great. The front desk staff are all friendly and helpful. And always say hello unless they are busy with a guest. The cleaning staff are great. They do such a great job. My room is always well cleaned. And when I've come across them they are always friendly and polite. The hotel is at a great location. Close to subway. And walking distance to a lot of different things. I'm planning on come back to Korean next year. And I'll definitely will stay here again. Keep up the great work staff at the hotel. You guys are great

Nice polite staff. Fair price for the room and amenities. Good location to see Seoul from. Easy walk to the train system and to catch buses. Easy walk to local shops and restaurants and night markets. I would go and stay here again. I also recommended it to my brother-in-law who is going later this year.

This was my second time staying at ENA Suites , the first was in a family studio for 8 nights a few months ago and this time , it was a deluxe king for 12 nights . I must say that I had a really enjoyable stay in this hotel. The room is spacious and clean and location is superb ! There is also an elevator nearby that leads directly to the train station! However , I wish the hotel would remember its returning guests and provide early check in when rooms are available . Though I had requested for an early check in upon my arrival at the hotel, the concierge did not accede to it at all. On the contrary , an early check in was given to another couple who arrived much later than us . I had to return to the counter to remind the staff of the request again and it was only then that I was given a room. In addition , I hope the hotel management can consider looking into making the laundry area more conducive for long staying guests who wish to do their washing . The area is merely a makeshift area carved out of the gym and there are no seats there at all for guests waiting for their laundry to be done . Overall, I would definitely go back to ENA Suites as the rooms are really comfortable. Throughout my long stay , I did not miss home as it truly feels like a home away from home ! Thank you ENA Suites!

Location of hotel is great, plenty of eateries and close to shops and attractions. Being a Wyndham member I didn’t expect to pay for pool usage and only for 2 hours. Room was quite small for a family of 4 with lots of luggage but manageable
