I had a great stay. The hotel staff were very friendly and accommodating. The room was clean. The bed was comfortable. Walk-in closet with lots of space. Good shower water pressure. I tried a bidet for the first time... The hotel is in a convenient location.

We were only there for less than 24 hours but the check in and check out were easy. The staff was really helpful with everything I needed, like transportation to the airport and other questions I asked them. Attention to every detail is top notch.

Really nice hotel. Great rooms, comfy bed. Would have preferred a regular western shower. Hotel has a great bfast buffet, a nice bar in the lobby and a fancy bar, the drawing room (see pic). Strong recommend if you are in Seoul.

Rooms are small and smell smokey / old. Hallways are hot, hotter than even outside temperature. Room AC works well and quiet, which is a positive. Restaurant service was slow, bad food (unacceptable risotto, Cesar salad, and Pad Thai, plus artificially tasting cocktail - no Korean food offerings) and massively overpriced even if the food had been good. Very surprised that a hotel of this stature allows such an embarrassment. We are still at hotel. Let’s see if management responds

Stayed several nights at their Executive Tower, as it is their newer wing. The location is an unequivocally superb linking to one of the largest malls with good shopping and food. Room was refurbished, decently comfortable, and still dated. Service was basic and functional.
