No complaints. The location is great, the staff's very helpful, and the rooms are quiet. The elevators get a bit crowded on the weekends, but the inconvenience isn't that great. We stayed a week, and we'd definitely stay here again5

Wonderful stay at the blue terra. Staff were kind and helpful. Rooms were incredibly affordable and the views were great. It’s a very decent sized room that even has a washing machine inside it! Will definitely stay again5

Very clean and spacious with proximity to convenience stores, restaurants and most importantly, the beach! Had very pleasant stay and would definitely revisit.4

This appears to be an officetel converted to a hotel so you will find the room to be like a studio apartment rather than a hotel.
The cover photo is misleading and is not the proper photo. It suggest that the hotel is right beside the beach (and you might expect beautiful beach/ocean views), but in reality, the hotel is a 10-15 minutes walk from the beach and is not as close to the beach as what the photo shows.4

A good and comfortable stay. The hotel is in close proximity of sokcho beach. We had room with a view of the ocean and sokcho eye, which was amazing to wake up to. The infinity pool on top was also really good to chill on a hot summer day
