This place was better than expected. I could see the dust accumulated under the TV stand, but 5 stars. Other than that, everything was simple, very clean, and quite comfortable without decoration. Good value for money. The bathtub is the highlight! Very friendly on the phone and on site. The location is convenient, so you can mainly walk. There is free coffee and tea on the first floor, but there are electric kettles, cups, and amenities that are not in the room. There may be individual differences, but the ratings are reliable. It was my first visit to Gwangju, and everyone was very friendly and there were many cultural facilities and art galleries👍

Located close to Seogwangju IC. There was a clean atmosphere and a simple breakfast, so it was nice to have some time to wake up in the morning without having to eat out. I was thankful that the Whitney facilities were provided. Mudeung Stadium is also within walking distance.

Close to Gwangju Design Biennale - 20min walk. The room is big, new and clean. The western breakfast option not the best, but this is a 3 star. The roof pool is well done, although not huge. Also used more for playing than swimming - when I used. Overall, good value.
