The only thing is that the breakfast area could be nicer4

stayed for 3 nights, when we checked in, one of our key cards didnt work. but the staff was very quick and efficient and helped us to reset our keycard and we managed to get in. beds were rlly nice i slept well. on the second night however, the air conditioning turned off in the middle of the night and the room became very hot by the time we woke up in the morning, to our surprise, the air conditioning in the hallway was also not turning on. after calling the front desk, they tried their best to turn on the air conditioning. breakfast was amazing tho i love the scrambled eggs. the emart on the first floor was also convenient as we could buy midnight snacks easily (the toilet in the rooms also had a bidet)2

It's too cold
The wind is blowing in through the window.
Where the heater blows, only the middle of the bed is warm, and the air on both sides of the bed is so cold... It's so cold that I can't sleep... There are only two elevators, but they're very slow, and I can't believe they're 4 stars.2
