It's central heating, so the room is very warm, and as soon as you turn on the hot water, warm water comes out. It's only in our room, but the electricity in the bathroom flickers once in a while. It looks like the ventilation fan wiring is not properly grounded. It was nice that the resorts were separated into different buildings. There are no concession stands.

10 minutes by car from Phoenix Park. The room is boiling. It seems a little old, but I stayed there quietly for one night at a reasonable price. I think there's a swimming pool in the summer too.

This is a cost-effective accommodation. Even during the peak season, it wasn't too burdensome and it was nice that it was quiet. It was summer, so I went to see the swimming pool. It was nice for the kids to play, and Bongpyeong-myeon is also conveniently located 5 minutes away. There were no complaints about the service, but the facility felt very old and the management was a bit disappointing. If it doesn't matter too much, it's a good place to quietly rest.

First of all, the stairs were made of wood, but they were so worn out that you never knew when they would break. The wooden stairs shook when you stepped on them, so it was very dangerous. When I entered the room, there was an unknown chemical smell that lingered until I left. There is a 2-burner gas range installed, but the provided cooking utensils are a bit large, so I couldn't use both burners at once. My companions who went with me responded that it was absurd that they had provided two cooking utensils that they could not even use at once. And the soundproofing isn't very good. A group of men and women in the room next door are screaming, talking, and laughing until 5 a.m., and everyone can hear it. In the end, I knocked on the door and told them to be quiet, but it was still noisy. There doesn't seem to be any advantage other than the low price.
