This was a long term stay for me (27 days). The rooms are small but adequate. The staff turns down the room daily so the room always feels clean. The breakfast is a very large buffet where you can make your own eggs. The hot food on the buffet changed daily so there was always something new. The wifi was very good (I was able to stream shows from the USA). Hot water was plentiful. All in all this was a great experience for being away from home this long. Highly recommend this hotel for long term stays.5

Excellent hotel for business trips, close to all the local food spots, clean rooms a day great service from all the staff. Good variety at breakfast.
Staff always very helpful with Amy ahcnahes to be made.

Stayed here for 12 nights (for work). Very clean and comfortable stay. Grand Gentle Room had a couch, big fridge, microwave and Nespresso machine. Hotel laundry (24hrs self-service) at level B1 with washing machine and dryer. Level 10 gym offers good view. There are some lounges at different floors (if you have access). Breakfast is ok. Unique that you're required to fry your own eggs. Egg station can be quite busy on weekdays between 7am-7:45am.
Best part of this hotel is the location!. Short 10mins walk to Lotte Mart/Young Plaza/Emart. Or to other shops. And there's Happy hour between 8pm-9pm for all guests with breakfast service (free unlimited draft Terra beer and snacks).
Will definitely stay here again if back in Changwon.4

Good, receptionist are good. No netflix. But with English channels for the TV. Building quite old, but under renovation.
