We stayed at this hotel as part of a tour and found the facilities to be excellent. I would especially like to recognize Danny at the front desk for his extraordinary service. My mom and I were trying to locate her brother, whom she hadn't seen in 54 years, and all we had was an address. I don't speak Korean, and it had been decades since my mother's last visit to Korea. Danny took the address, made a few phone calls, and successfully located her brother. This level of customer service went above and beyond our expectations. Words cannot fully express our gratitude for Danny's assistance. We hope he receives recognition for his exceptional dedication. Thank you, Danny, Ramada, and all the staff! Because of Danny's help, my mom was able to reunite with her brother.

Clean and comfort bed. The room is not very big; it is added with a kitchenette and washing machine. Balcony with nice views. Great breakfast.

Great breakfast! Comfortable, clean rooms. Great art throughout.
My big qualm is the motion sensor light at the bathroom... So sensitive. Gotta be able to move in bed without setting off the light. Ideally we wouldn't have one at all. But definitely shouldn't be this sensitive. Kid and adults both woke up way too early bc of that light.

Wanted to compliment Richard from the front desk for his outstanding service. When I needed to find out how to rent a car in Jeju he went out of his way to help me. Thank you very much!
The staff are really helpful and courteous even when language barriers are difficult to get through. One main gripe I had was the lift system which takes forever to get up and down because they are not synchronised! Fixing this would make our stay much better.

The hotel room was very good.
but, The waiting line in front of the front before checking in, was the worst.
I don't understand that why the waiting line was needed.
because the female employee could not manage the order of number on the waiting line even though she looked at her cell phone all the time.
the problem was happened in the line.
I waited in the waiting line. when I was my turn, the female employee asked me what my waiting number is. so,
I answered my waiting number, which the number was that there were two people in front of me.
she required me to leave the waiting-line even I've been waiting for so long. so I felt very bad.
I could not accept this situation which why she did not manage the person's order of number.
I felt soooooo bad at that time. she did not apology at all.
she talked me why wait when I had more people.
Even though I had two people in front of me.
On the contrary, I had to wait on the waiting line because I had two people in front of me.
was that wrong?
