Very clean, modern with large rooms. Great location if you stay in Techno Valley. Mall next door has many restaurants and it is a 10 min.walk to downtown (Tech Valley).

My experience wasn't what I expected.... it is not like any other hotel.. there were no closets in the rooms..no breakfast at the hotel.. you have to tell them directly fo room service and cleaning...even if you push the room service botton for 2 days they will not clean the rooms or do anything and the room servicethe didn'tchange the sheets... but over all the rooms were clean when we arrived , the AC / heaters were good and the room didn't smell bad

The room is well maintained and clean. Simplicity in design. Good location which is located beside Hyundai Premium Outlet. The staff is friendly. Hope breakfast would be improved, I had 6 days same breakfast (bread, banana, cupcake) from the hotel.

stayed the night for a wedding we attended. super clean and we got a big room. they dont provide toothbrush and toothpaste etc. and tell you to buy it at the vending machine in the lobby. kinda weird. they offer breakfast but it's a pick up and take back to your room or take if checking out in the morning kind of system. the food was just boiled eggs, convenience store donut, box milk and soymilk, apple juice box, a mandarin lol yeah.. overall room was clean, service was meh

There is a Hyundai Premium Outlet right behind the hotel. However, ever since the fire in Sep 2022, the whole outlet is closed. The hotel is out of nowhere but there is a lotte mart within 10 mins drive. Quiet place. It would have been better if they change the lightings to warm light. We got upgraded to a bigger room with one single bed and one double bed. The room was big where we could lay our luggage anywhere on the floor. The pillow case were abit yellowish but no weird smell.
