A beautiful place at day to roam. You would enjoy the walk and the green of its grass and trees. The national museum is a must. Great museography and spectacular items in display.
Entering the fortress costs less than 2 euros per person so don't doubt it. The museum is free.

A must visit place when you are around in Jinju. Inside this fortress, they have pagoda and museum which is free so you can visit and discover about Korean traditional, lifestyle… Highly recommended this place for locals as well as foregner tourists.

Beautifully preserved and maintained landmark park. The place is huge and we had a wonderful walk amidst the late summer heat. There are a lot of trees that provided plenty of shade.
There are old buildings from the 1500s that they were able to restore. The fortress is has the river on one side so the view from the pathways and gazebos there was beautiful.
You can also see several memorials for the fallen heroes of the battle of Jinju. Stop by the museum to learn more.
I would love to come back in October for the famous lantern festival.
