Good location, it’s sokcho downtown so there are a lot of places around to eat and walk and see. This hotel has several different ownership types so you’ll see some rooms on Airbnb and some on hotel websites and that sort of thing, it’s just the way the ownership is so all of it is legit even if you see it multiple places. Anyway about the hotel, it’s convenient location and has a lot of food options on the first floor. Parking sucks, basement fills up quickly and is painfully small and they make everyone else park down the street so you have to haul your stuff down the street.

The staff was outstanding. Helpen is with everything in there power. Would come here again with a rental car as taxi was 30 minutes late. Therefore we missed our bus to Seoul.

My wife, infant son, and I stayed there for 4 days and were very dissatisfied with the hotel. To begin with, their online marketing is deceptive. The room depicted in the website we reserved was not the room we got by a long shot.
The hotel is NOT child friendly. They do not have crib or high chair. And some of the rooms are dangerous as the balcony railing a kid could easily fit through.
Rooms are poorly furnished with poor quality blankets and towels. It seemed in general the hotel is pinching pennies at every corner. They do not clean the rooms or offer house keeping. The rooms were not that clean when we arrived. Oh and the bathroom door was moldy and water damaged because they put a wooden door with the shower head facing it in a wet bath.
Parking is insufficient. The garage and parking spaces were a few blocks away were full and we had to park on the street and walk 10 minutes (with an infant).
Hotel staff doesn't speak English. Not that I demand that everyone speaks English, but most professional hotels in Korea have English speaking staff. I found it odd they didn't.
The complimentary "American Breakfast", while I didnt expect it to be actually American, was not great and was the same thing every day. ( I must admit the staff there was nice and friendly though).
