I stayed here on assignment for 6 months. It is a comfortable, clean and a nice place to stay. It is deep in the city of Okpo but it doesn't take long to get anywhere. The parking lot is a nice plus as street parking is difficult everywhere in Korea, although the spaces are very narrow like everywhere in Korea. The price is a great deal.

Great for families and very affordable. Much more comfortable and cheaper than a standard hotel.

The villa is spacious and clean with an area of 30 pyeong, making it ideal for families to stay. This is an accommodation facility, not a shared accommodation. There are 3 rooms, 2 bathrooms (no bathtub), a living room, and a utility room (washing machine (with dryer), vacuum cleaner, iron, and ironing board), so a family of 4 stayed comfortably for 2 nights. The furniture wasn't luxurious, but the bed mattress and bedding were as comfortable as most hotels. The kitchen is equipped with dishes and there is also a dishwasher for convenience. There was washing machine detergent, but there was no dishwasher detergent, so I used the detergent I brought. There are plenty of towels provided in the accommodation, but only two 500ml bottled water are provided per day at the desk. I think it would be best if they just provided plenty of bottled water, but it's a shame. There are many accommodations, restaurants, and large supermarkets around the shipyard. This is a cost-effective accommodation in Geoje. I made a reservation through Agoda, but there was a problem because my phone number was not entered (a problem with Agoda reservations), so I couldn't contact them before check-in.

I stayed for 5 nights and 6 days for a business trip at a cheap price. It was a little frustrating because there was no manager on site like in a hotel.

Very comfortable hotel but ensure you allow extra time for check in, if the reception is unattended the self check in process can be confusing.
