Check-in on June 6th was very slow and caused quite a stir. There seemed to be a lot of people waiting for over an hour. There are some services that are not yet available. The information of the checked-in customer is different from the checked-in front desk, breakfast front, pool front, etc. (When checking in, they said the swimming pool was paid and not included (80,000 won for adults...), but when I went to the pool, they said it was included, and on the first day, they said it was included for infants, but on the second day, they said it was not included.) They said there is no room service yet. The bathtub in the room was new, so there was a lot of dust on the floor. It's still a bit difficult to cover up the lack of preparation with kindness. I recommend coming back in about 6 months.

A very large and huge resort. It was built on a larger scale than the large chain hotels nearby. Very close to the sea and close to the port, restaurants and entertainment districts. The location seems really good, but the vacancy rate seems to be a bit high because it is far from the beach.

I booked a Premier King room for 2 nights from June 6th as an opening package. We are a family of 2 adults and 2 children, so we added an extra bed as the standard room was set for 2 people and a maximum of 3 people. I arrived around 3:30 and tried to check in, but the wait was long, so I got to my room around 5:00. I was upgraded to a one-bedroom suite as a full book. Breakfast and pool for two adults are included, but with the opening benefit added, even two children were able to use breakfast and the pool at no additional cost. The swimming pool is as good as a hotel swimming pool, and although the kids pool is lacking, there is also an outdoor pool so I had fun. Breakfast had a variety of cereals, juice, and ham and was delicious. In particular, the espresso made directly from the machine was so delicious that I drank it two days in a row, and the iced Americano and cafe latte were also good.
