Lovely large, modern room overlooking Gyeongju, and the mountains in the distance, in an area where tall apartments buildings are not permitted, so higher floors have good views from the small windows. Excellent wet room, but we were unable to figure out how to get cold water (rather than just hot) into the bath, so we used the shower on cold to cool down the bath. Comfortable if fairly firm bed with good linen, plus nice slow-fan ceiling AC for a quiet room to sleep in. We appreciated the number of power outlets. We enjoyed our time at Hotel Palace, and exploring the local area and traditional market just a few blocks away. The local food is fantastic, and the Soju is cheap. :) The buffet breakfasts on Floor 2 are light and tasty, and Europeans won't have any problem at all with what's available. Thank you, Hotel Palace, you made our stay in Gyeongju a great one, and your friendly staff assisted us as needed.

Very clean with great ensuite including bathtub and breakfast room well supplied to make your own. Friendly staff. Bus stop 100 metres to all the interesting sites and easy walk within the town too.

As long as there are no major changes, you will win a return visit! clean The bathroom is spacious The bathtub is also big Bedding and towels no smell There is no tide Good cleaning condition (It was a bit disappointing to clean the bathtub, but hey, I'll do it again anyway.) Simple breakfast (Milk, juice, spoonable yogurt, 2 types of cereals, baked eggs, bread + butter + jam, cheese, tangerines, mixed coffee, rice crackers, bag ramen, cup ramen) Basic amenities provided (Shampoo, treatment, body cleanser, toothpaste toothbrush, 2 body towels, 2 green tea, 2 coffee beans, 2 mixes, 4 paper cups) No cleansing foam or skin lotion. If you open the window of room 705, you can see the tomb right away. The view of the tomb that I had only heard about~ㅎ The boss, the young man, the female employee... Everyone is kind 1-3 minutes walk to Jungang Market Turn the other way and walk for 5 to 10 minutes to Hwangridan-gil.
