Perhaps because it was built not long ago, it is clean and the rooms are equipped with various items, so you can come just by yourself. The room and bed were spacious and nice. I visited in winter and it was nice because it was warm.
The TV size is very large. They also provide breakfast, including cereal, milk, and ramen.5

It appears to have been built not long ago and is clean and warm. It takes about 10 minutes on foot from Ulsan (Tongdosa) Station.5

All of the bathrooms in the rooms were clean and nice.
It was even better because I could have a simple breakfast. The TV was big and I could watch Netflix, so it was nice to spend time.5

5 minutes walk from Ulsan KTX Station!
It looks like a motel from the outside, but it's quite spacious and nice inside!
There is a styler and massage chair, and a large TV works well!
