It's an old condo, but it's well maintained, the bedding is clean, the ocean view is excellent, and you can watch the sunrise from your bed.

It took about 3 months due to construction of a new house nearby. I am staying for a long period of time. Clean, well maintained...friendly, The sea is right in front. best !!!!!!!

I booked a family ocean view room through Agoda. It consists of one room with a bed, a room with a blanket, a bathroom, and a living room. Although it is called an ocean view, you can see the lower reaches of the river connected to the sea, and the sea can be seen from the veranda. The facility feels like a built-up apartment, and the area is said to be 99 square meters, but I have doubts. The parking lot is located in the front and back of the condo building, but parking was inconvenient because the parking spaces were full. The sauna uses a seawater sauna operated outside the building. There are almost no amenities around the condo. Fortunately, the accommodation was kept clean. I stayed one night on Saturday, and was surprised to see that the Sunday check-out fee was only a third of the price I paid. The cost of accommodation on a Sunday can be considered good value for money.

The sea view is good as it is next to Naksan Beach. There are inconveniences as there are no shops or restaurants. Naksansa Temple is about 2km away on foot. It's good for exercising because you can go to Naksansa Temple.
