There is a convenience store and a hotel counter. The underground parking lot and ground level are perfect. This is the best value for money hotel. The middle-aged couple's owner is really friendly!

I stayed here for a day because there were no nearby pensions. The advantage is that there is a 7-Eleven store on the first floor, so it is good for snacks. When I opened the window, I couldn't see the sea, but rather a motel with the famous name 'Kojaja'. The room condition was not bad. However, the interior is a sloppy construction project. First of all, the sink shakes. Dangerous. Second, the bathroom door does not close. Should I say that it keeps opening? And there is a strange smell in the elevator. Bad smell. But there is no problem with drinking and sleeping in the room.

It's fairly clean, has underground parking, and if it's late, come out in advance and say they'll provide valet parking. Sometimes they give you coupons that can be used at convenience stores below.

The room was worth the price. There weren't many beach amenities. In particular, the water in the washbasin drained slowly and there were no combs, lotions, skins, or pajama robes.
