Interesting German-looking town at the southern part of Korea, there are German restaurants, cafes and pensions. It is not easy to find a cluster of dining options in Namhae, so this is a good place to have meals or just coffee even if you don't stay in the village. However, it gets very crowded during weekend.5

first they got the best view of this village or might be the best in korea.
second they present us a wellmade home baking bread.
third the landlord are very kind and seems enjoying life

I felt great grief and pride at the memorial hall for nurse&miner who worked in germany at 1960's. house and buildings near the hall are charming and cute.3

It is what it is: a German-themed place in a hard to reach area of a sparsely populated not so popular island in the middle of nowhere on the southern Korean coast. It's like Frankenmuth, Michigan, if that town only had one little complex of German-themed attractions and had a good view of the Pacific ocean.
