I recently stayed at UTOP Marina Hotel and had an amazing experience. The highlight for me was their thoughtful inclusion of a pet stay floor. It's rare to find a hotel that goes the extra mile to accommodate furry friends. The room was impeccably clean, and the staff was exceptionally friendly and attentive to both guests and their pets. The attention to detail in providing a comfortable and welcoming environment for both humans and pets sets UTOP Marina Hotel apart. I highly recommend it to anyone traveling with their four-legged companions!

Great hotel. The only thing I could complain about is the elevators (very slow) and some of the offered amenities were not open/available such as the pub/lounge and BBQ restaurant. Otherwise, this is a fantastic facility. Check-in was a bit lengthy, but the staff spoke great English and made the process much smoother. The rooms have a great appeal which is commensurate with the rest of the building. Great place for any event (ball, wedding, etc.) or a staycation/vacation. Highly recommend!

This place is new and clean. It’s a good deal as it is run as a budget hotel. They only clean the room if you stay more than 2 nights and you pay extra to use the pool. The biggest downside is you can only control the temperature in the summer. Our room was quite hot, so we had to leave the balcony door open. The location is great though. Prices on the weekdays are fantastic.

The room is spacious and clean. Stayed here for 4 nights and everything is in good working condition, maybe except for just the hair dryer which sometimes work and sometimes doesn't. Sound proofing isn't very good too as you can hear chairs being dragged across the room every now and then. And one more thing to note is that my booking for a twin room for two persons only comes with a breakfast voucher for one. So each day, only one of us will go for the hotel breakfast and the other one will need to get breakfast outside, or get something from the convenience store or just pay to dine together. Otherwise, my room has a very good sea view and if lucky, you may just catch a glimpse of the fireworks display. The housekeeping staff were great too, room is always spick and span when we return at the end of the day. Location is also great, with it being near to the Yeosu Cable car station, Odongdo island, Yeosu Arte Museum, Yeosu Aqua Planet etc. It is also within walking distance to the Yeosu Expo train station.

Room looks great with a nice sea view but all the beds had weird stuff and stains and a blanket even had a booger with hairs on it
