Neatness is moderately neat. The air purifier filter is very dirty, but nowhere is this clean. Everything else was fine, but from the moment I first entered the room, I could hear the sound of the karaoke bar, and even though I couldn't believe it, it continued until 4 am. It's not a ringing sound, but when I lay my head on the bed, my head rings. I called the counter at 3 o'clock and they said there was a karaoke room on the 2nd floor, but there was nothing they could do. Not unfriendly. I was so tired that I somehow managed to fall asleep around 4, but when I woke up in the morning, there was no sound.
