I did not stay at the hotel but got massage at their spa facility. Sally, who helped me, was so great, and she wasn't one of those masseuse who just tried to kill time. She put such thoughtful effort into where and how strong the pressures should be, and it was such heavenly experience. My massage room was also very relaxing, and I was very happy with my time there.

It was a very pleasant experience at the Moon Bar. The atmosphere is very cozy and quiet, perfect to relax while having a nice drink. Seungmoon, the guy at the bar, made sure that we were taken care of and offered the best service. Will come back for sure!

Amazing hotel kind of in middle of Seoul, but also kind of isolated and in nature near Seoul Tower and Namsan Mountain Park. It's not cheap but it shouldn't be. I would 100% return. The breakfast is also amazing, which I guess is expected in Korea with the wonderful food culture!

Wonderfull place with staning view.We had great time here, and all personal were very respondent. Delicious breakfast in Korean style.

Had over a dozen issues during the stay with the room being extremely hot and reservation issue upon check in as well as perks that were not mentioned upon check in that my reservation had so warning read your perks and make sure you use them when you stay. The staff were amazing 10/10 and were helpful and gave a compassion to the situation hence I would come back assuming all these issues get fixed.
