I don't know if it's the owner or the manager, but he's kind. Simple board games can be rented for free at the management office. I went to see my mother-in-law in the winter. They allowed me to grill meat on the terrace, so I enjoyed it comfortably. The floor was warm and I had a good rest.

We stayed on a Sunday, so we upgraded our room because there were still seats. Our family of 4 was able to rest comfortably. The room was spacious, warm, and clean. The bedding was clean and cozy. I stayed in a room on the second floor and the view was great~ The mountains beyond were so nice and quiet~ There was a swimming pool, so it would be nice in the summer. There is a separate barbecue area and there is a tent so it won't be cold. No worries about parking, and the owner was very friendly. Breakfast was also provided, and it was simple but hearty and delicious. Perhaps because there were no people around, they even provided extra things for the baby. I will visit again next time~^^

The owner was very friendly and the room was clean. The pension building is pretty and the view is great. I will use it again when I go on a trip to Gyeongju next time.

I stayed one night with friends last weekend. I felt like they didn't pay much attention to management. The pool water that remained stagnant even after the season was dirty and there were even dead rats floating around, and they stayed there from the time I checked in until I checked out. The insect screen was so torn that it was not functional in some places, and the wooden tiles on the floor were cracked in various places. It was a room with two bathrooms, but the bathroom in the living room did not have hot water running properly. The advantage was that it was located on a slope so the scenery was nice and there was quite a bit of space for children to run or ride kickboards. It was also nice to be able to rent game consoles and board games that connect to the TV for free. I wish they would pay more attention to facility management.
