Great location and really nice place. Comfortable and quiet rooms. Breakfast included which is nice but basic (and no salt or pepper for the eggs!). Common washer/dryer but costs 8k per load to use. Guy is quite unfriendly but that doesn’t matter too much.5

Very convenient as it is close to scenic spots and historic sites. The staff are also kind. The kitchen is fully equipped, so it's OK to stay for multiple nights. There are also USB ports and conversion plugs in the workspace.
Unlike Busan or Seoul, Gyeongju is more relaxing.3

Excellent location, close to the bus station, close to attractions, many cafes and shops around.
You can leave your bag before check-in and after check-out.
Unfortunately there is no elevator, only stairs.
Not all rooms have a window, although the presence of a window is in the description of the rooms on both Agoda and Booking. There is only a small window in the bathroom instead of a view of the city.
Poor sound insulation inside the room, you can hear your neighbors. It's quiet from the street.
The room has a noisy refrigerator, absolutely pointless dry cleaning for clothes, a small table, and a chair. Bedside table, mirror.

Air conditioner.
The bed is small and there are beds on three sides.
There are bed linen and towels, they are clean, but have a perfume scent.
Hot water, good pressure, but the shower head is inconveniently located in the bathroom.
The toilet is like in Japan, everything works. There is also toilet paper.
Slippers in the room.
Modest breakfast: tea/coffee can be drunk during the day in the kitchen; during breakfast there is also toast, butter, cheese, egg, cereal with milk.
There are common washing machines where you can wash your clothes.
For all this, 43 US dollars, in my opinion, the price clearly outstrips the quality (I compare it with other hotels in South Korea where I stayed on this trip).
