It is located about 100m next to Sokcho Tourist Market. It's nice to be able to eat as much as you want and walk to your accommodation. The accommodation is very quiet.

It's not a complete hotel, but the residence accommodation was very nice. It had a great view, so it was a satisfactory accommodation. People often use cost-effective ocean view accommodations.

I stayed one night in a Type C, Flat Suite. There was one double bed and two sets of bedding, so it looked like it could accommodate up to four people. It was about the size and structure of an officetel with 1.5 rooms. It was a full ocean view of Sokcho Port International Cruise Terminal, Simple Beach, and Abai Village. The check-in process was easy, previous comments and complaints seemed to have been improved, and check-out was easy. Parking is free and spacious, up to the 4th basement level, but as the number of customers increases, it seems necessary to park in places other than the parking lines that are visible from every corner. There seemed to be a wait for the elevator during crowded times, and since the emergency elevator does not stop on the first floor, it is convenient to use it when going directly to the parking lot. Since it was a new building that had just been built, it had a new home smell and seemed to need frequent ventilation. There are no convenience stores or convenience facilities on the first floor of the building yet, so it was a bit inconvenient to have to go out of the building and go to the convenience store on the first floor of Hillstate Apartment next door. (It was close, but it felt like it took a while because of the wait for the elevator...;) Also, Sokcho Jungang Market is conveniently located a 5-minute walk away, and Dongmyeong Port Squid Nanjeon in Sokcho Port is also 5 minutes away. And since the price was cheap, it was good value for money and seemed good for two, three or several people.

There are some harsh reviews on other sites, but it doesn't seem to be a bad choice at this price. However, the cleanliness is a bit disappointing. I am a little disappointed with the cleanliness in the room. Other than that, it's good because most of them are relatively new. The location is also quite great.
