For nomads who need both rest and work, To the artist thinking about a new work, And to everyone who wants to focus on themselves, Highly recommended. When I want to organize my thoughts, it only takes 12 minutes to pass through the pine forest and dip my feet in the waves of Songjeong Beach. If you want to go to Anmok Beach Cafe Street, it takes 30 minutes. There are about 3 bus stops nearby, each about a 5-7 minute walk, but they also operate a shuttle, so I recommend using that as well. The office lounge on the 2nd floor and the attic lounge on the 3rd floor were cozy and quiet, so it was okay to stay there all day. Lots of restrooms and outlets everywhere, It feels like a lot of consideration was put into the outdoor seating/tables on the first floor. There are 3 washing machines and a dryer, so long-term use would not be a bad idea. The kitchen is large enough to cook anything, but it's a bit small. However, in Gangneung, restaurant prices are generally cheap and satisfaction is high, so we recommend using outside. (Just avoid tourist restaurants.)

At 30,000 won per night, it is really cheap compared to other guesthouses. However, it is a bit cold in the winter and the shower room facilities are not good, so it is a good place to stay for one night if you want to travel for cost-effective reasons.
