Very spacious apartments with great views. Right at the fishermen port. Many fresh fish restaurants in walking distance, but in winter, they close early (around 9pm). Great breakfast buffet in the 23rd floor.4

All facilities are brand new! However, the hotel is lazy to care about top viewing and gardens.
The hotel location was poor between Sachun & Kyungpo beaches.4

Really new and modern one in the Gangneung area. Off the main strip though and thus a little bit of inconvenience in that sense. The rooms are all suites with facilities and best for families.3

The room is quite good especially the cold brew coffee but location is in the middle of a fishing town not much to do2

It would have been so much better if the hotel was actually located in front of the beach rather than in the middle of nowhere. ( A short 5 mins walk to the beach)
Pool is not included in the overpriced charges.
There is no continental breakfast in the overpriced charges.
We got a 3 bedroom suite and only 1 room actually comes with a bed and the other 2 rooms have a mattress on the floor. I couldn't believe it. Who pays for a quality hotel and you only get 1 bed?!?!?!
I can live with that BUT WHAT I CANT LIVE WITH is the fact that there is NO AC in those 2 rooms!!!!!
In the middle of a hot and humid summer there is NO cooling system!!!!!
Their fitness center is literally a tiny bedroom with 2 treadmills and a dumbbell rack that only goes up to 20kgs.......like seriously. What is this? A fitness center for people 80 years and over????
For the price that we are paying for our stay here, this hotel is extremely underwhelming.
