Fiona took such great care of our guinea pigs while we were on holiday for two weeks. She welcomed us to come and see her amazing setup before we booked, which reassured my daughter that her beloved piggies would be safe and sound there. Great prices too! Highly recommended!

Our bunnies were so well looked after by Fiona. A really un-fussy and professional service which is just what you want when you're heading away. We knew our rabbits were in good hands and it was such a weight off our minds on holiday. Really laid back and flexible and accommodated our pick up and drop off times so well, and great value as everything is included. We've already booked them in again!

I found Fiona’s boarding website and contacted her to discuss if she could look after my rabbit who needed eye care and oral pain relief following unexpected surgery whilst I went on holiday. Fiona was amazing , she knows all there is to know about rabbits. My rabbit was looked after extremely well and had recovered better at Fiona’s than I could have done at my home!. My rabbit came home so chilled out. I highly recommend Fiona and have actually booked her again for my next holiday to look after my rabbit and guinea pigs. Fiona also send updates and photos to put you at ease. So pleased I have found Fiona. I can now go on holiday and not worry about my pets.

I chose Fiona’s pet boarding services to care for my four female mice and she was incredible. I was very nervous about leaving my girls with someone else for a week, however Fiona was amazing at putting me completely at ease after a few conversations and visiting her lovely facilities. She was hugely attentive and accommodating and has completed a number of extra educational courses on small animal care. I really could not recommend her enough, I will 100% be asking for her to care for my fur babies when I go on holiday again!

It was our first time of using Fiona to look after our 2 guinea pigs, Fliss and Lottie. We chose The Bunny Hop Hotel due to the excellent reviews online, which were re-assuring and made the 22 mile detour en-route to our holiday worthwhile. Fiona is lovely and the girls seem very relaxed after the stay with her. An added bonus of staying at the Bunny Hop Hotel is that we were able to book in a hair-cut for the girls whilst they were staying there, they are proper wrigglers when we try to do this ourselves, so was great to have this added service. All in all - a fantastic stay, we will definitely be using Fiona again and highly recommend the Bunny Hop Hotel.
