I dreaded on staying at motels or pool villas which were too big for my need (and I wasn't planning to use the pool in December) so this hotel and accommodations were perfect. The bed was comfortable, wifi was fast, shower water pressure was great. View from the hotel was amazing and breakfast at the Cafe downstairs was good with amazing service (nothing exceptionally amazing but no less than other hotel breakfast buffets). Overall, I enjoyed my stay at the hotel, if I ever travel Tongyoung again, I will definitely stay here

Staffs are so kind, knowledgeable and proactive to help. I’ve stayed here 5 different rooms at hotel and condo. During the weekend, condo side is more crowded and loud. So I prefer a hotel room. All of room types were great. Highly recommend! The view and terrace are superb.

Reasonably priced, modern and clean rooms. Great facilities and only a 20ish minute bus ride to the town centre. The location is outstanding - the view from the hotel balcony was the best I've ever experienced, even in rainy season. Polite and friendly staff, and the hotel restaurant served tasty and well prepared food. Only criticisms would be that some facilities were not available during the weekdays, and that there could be a greater variety of local food on offer in the hotel restaurant. Overall a very nice stay and I would recommend it to anyone looking for somewhere nice to stay in the area.

I have some doubts after this trip. I booked this hotel through booking.com and I received 10 digit confirmation number from it. But, the hotel had another 8 digit confirmation number starting number 2 under my information of this reservation. The hotel desk said that's hotel issuing confirmation number. That's not common. I have never experienced that before. But my check-in had no problem. I just want to point it out. By the way, there were some moth dead bodies in the bathroom. The others are generally good. By the way, this trip was with my mom to get out of a little bit Covid19 blue. Just some fresh air was helpful.

Excellent hotel situated with stunning views of the surrounding area. Staff are very helpful and accommodating. Rooms are beautifully presented and extreamly comfortable. A five star review would be warranted but lack of dining options in the surrounding area lets it down a little. Well worth consideration if intending to stay in the area.
