We took the earliest bus from Jinju to Jungsan-ri which lasts around 40 minutes. The way up is a pleasant path which is very well prepared. The peak area can be busy since a lot of people want to take pictures. We walked along the ridge before hiking down to the starting point again.

wonderful mountains in Korea. because it is a popular tourist spot, food can be a bit pricey.

The way to Nogodan pass is gradual and not difficult to climb. The landscape and sceneries are awesome. A favourite place to hike for the locals during autumn and I can understand why, it is a sight to behold. Definitely one of my favourite spots in Korea.

it's one of the largest mountain in korea.. The mountain is named Jiri, which means to turn a foolish person into a wise one. It is believed that the mountain is so sacred that anyone can become wise if he stays there long enough.
