The location is great for walking to Romantic Pocha~ There's a park right in front, so it's great for taking a walk with the kids, and there's a convenience store on the first floor, and the police box is right next to it, so it's just reassuring. The owner was also very friendly. But parking... Because it was a carnival, we couldn't use mechanical parking. However, you can do it for free at public parking lots. The facilities were clean and neat, though. I could see some old stains😭 But!!! Good night view and good location I am satisfied with the replacement~~

I had originally made a reservation at the Soo Hotel. I made a reservation after seeing the remaining rooms, but they suddenly said they were empty and the owner brought me here. There was a feeling that something was a little creaky from the beginning, but I stayed in an ocean view room like I had initially reserved, and it wasn't too bad. But the soundproofing was so, so bad... I couldn't get a wink of sleep and was very worried about looking for another accommodation... I was screaming until late in the morning and the person in the room next door seemed a little inconsiderate, so I told the information desk. I tried to do it, but there was no one in the information room... They said they were staying at the motel next door, but if I ever come to Yeosu, I don't think I'll ever come here.

I came here last winter, but I couldn't control the boiler from inside, so the boiler was turned on so hard that it was so hot that even though it was winter, I barely slept with the top open and the window open. The building was just a commercial building. I don't even know why it was a hotel, and when I came, there was no one at the counter, and when I called, they came in 20 minutes. I wonder if this is true. It was nice, but it didn't feel like I was on a trip, it just felt like I was at a sauna that I didn't want to come to with my family.

One star because it is close to Romantic Carriage Street... One star for the night view from the terrace... The entire building is a non-smoking area... It would be nice to have a smoking area at least on the rooftop... You have to go down to the first floor to get out of the building... The terrace is shabby... The bathtub is also small... The heating on weekdays is not good...
