We booked room 101A (ground floor) and liked it very much. There are two floors: on the upper floor there are 2 beds (1 single and 1 double-size) and on ground floor is the living room + kitchen + bathroom. The kitches has all the dishes needed, as well as an electic grill, a microwave and a rice cooker. The frige is really big and there is even a water dispenser. The living room has 2 couches, a TV and the bathtub.
The bathtub is next to the window, so you can enjoy the sea view (in distance) while taking a bath. I recommend bringing a bathing suit if you want to enjoy the view, as people pass in front of the window. There is also a swimming pool directly in front of the room, that operated even during our visit in February and was heated. The operating times are between 10am-7pm.
If you want to barbeque on a "real" grill, you should definitely book a room on the ground floor, as they are only available for those rooms. There is a small private outdoor area where you can grill and music is played. The fee for using the barbeque grill is 30.000₩ and the latest you can get it is at 7pm (you should let the owner know till 5pm same day).
The clostest convenience store and small supermarket is about 10min away. If you want to visit a bigger supermarket then you should travel about 20min in one direction.5

It's really nice. It's nice that there's a swimming pool, and each guest room has a barbecue grill on the terrace. It's even nice that they provided barracks for fear of it being cold in the winter. The cafe in the pension is cheap, but the quality is really good, and the view from the rooftop is also nice.5

The indoor bedding is clean. There is also an outdoor swimming pool, so it's good to relax and play. It's a shame that it's a bit far from the city center.4

I can see the quiet countryside and the sea.
It's comfortable and safe to play with babies in the swimming pool.
There are mosquitoes at night.
