We stayed here for a night while visiting the nearby tea farms. The accommodation is very nice and conveniently close to the farms, with a welcoming host. The lady who hosted us prepared a traditional breakfast, and we had the opportunity to try their local wine and tea. It was a wonderful experience. I highly recommend this place if you want to visit the tea farms and enjoy the countryside!

A very pleasant experience full of authenticity in the middle of the Korean countryside. Moreover, I spent some excellent good time with the very kind gentleman who takes care of this place together with his aunt and a Vietnamese friend of theirs. They treat guests like their children and it was wonderful to have breakfast with them while chatting about our lives. I didn’t feel like just a simple guest… I recommend it to everyone reading this!

Magical place. More than just an overnight stay. This place exudes tranquility and is run by a very friendly man. Beautiful view, delicious (free) tea, homemade rice wine and extensive breakfast and dinner on request. Everything prepared from their own garden; herbs, flowers, fresh wild ginger! etc The rooms are tastefully decorated (allthough the bath room could use a upgrade) and if the weather is unexpectedly bad, you can sit inside in the large tea room. Various workshops are also given.

Golmangtae Pension was the perfect stay in Boseong. It is beautifully tucked away in the hill and the grounds are beautiful. It is very well located near the Boseong green tea fields and other local attractions. The owner and his staff offer the best service. I recommend trying the tea and wine.

Traveling is all about the experience of different environment. This place definitely qualifies that. We wouldn't want to repeat the convenience of our home, but with minimum effort, these could improve for the basic necessities. I will come back for sure! 1. tea/coffee mugs 2. Tea or coffee in the room 3. Electric tea kettle instead of using burner 4. Small microwave oven 5. information on local stores and restaurants, tel and hours 6. Main dining & cafe menu, time post in the room 7. Perhaps add shelving in the vestibule to put personal items, since there is no closet
