It's newly built so it's really clean and comfortable.
The location is good and the view of the sea and Yeongnang Lake is the best. Since this kind of accommodation is so cheap, I plan to use it every time I come to Sokcho.

Unless you like driving elevators for your vacation, this place isn’t right for you.
There are 4 elevators for 30+ floors and hundreds or thousands of people. Furthermore, the elevator only thinks it’s full when a certain weight is reached, and not when there’s no space left. This means the elevator stops at every floor despite people not having space to get on. Incredibly frustrating.
And don’t even think about the check-in or check-out time when everyone needs to change floors. It’s an absolute mess and I’ve seen 20+ people waiting in line on multiple floors just to use the elevator. Whoever came up with this infrastructure of the hotel is ridiculous.
I did like the view from the room balcony tho.

It feels more like AirBnB than a proper hotel. No housekeeping for stays less than 2 nights. Booked for triple sharing and only 2 bath towels? How can such basic service be missed? The elevators are a joke in this modern world, operates like 1990s where pressing the lift button is like a game of hope it comes to your floor and many guests gets frustrated. Staff don't seem enthusiastic. One pillow per guests, seriously?! Dustbins seem to be extinct and a struggle to clear own rubbish from room. Expensive to stay versus what you get.
