Colourful and thoughtful, both dramatic and peaceful, depending on what area of this right-in-the-port, right-on-the-water cafe and its grounds you choose. From the outdoor 'tent' pavilions to the urban grunge steampunk room, the minimalist sky view lounge with nearly 200 degrees of seascape, the colourful Muskoka chairs in a simple line, and the little Insta-grammable nooks and corners scattered here and there, this cafe tries to be all things to all people. There's a kid's play area outside but the second floors and up are child-free. Lots of different seating options, and outlets for your electronics. Its own bakery and plenty of drink choices both hot and cold give it an extra star. And finally - like a new relationship, until you have your first problem and resolve it, it's not really a friendship.
An unpleasant experience with a pastry that wasn't what I thought it would be was immediately made right by the owner/manager, cementing my appreciation for Page 38! A bit of a drive north from Pohang, but the journey itself is all sea-views, and the destination is well worth it.

Nice place. Bit expensive. 5000won for an Americano. 4 story building and kids are only allowed on the first floor.

This place has a great ocean front view. However, there are too much marine trashes in front of the Cafe.
