It is clean, cheap and good. However, there are no convenient facilities around. Without a car, it's hard to get there.4

The access road is not very good.
It is difficult to say that it is near the beach (about a 20-minute walk on a road not often traveled by people).
There are different parking lots nearby depending on the building you stay in. You can't know in advance haha
To get closer, you have to climb a narrow mountain road.
If you park in a nearby, large vacant lot, you have to walk up a hill, about 100m?
The room condition is not bad. It is well-equipped with various facilities and services, so it is excellent value for money. The rooftop and the top floor of Building A are also equipped with convenience facilities for eating.
However, the location and access road are not good, but it seems to be less noisy in the summer because it is a bit far from the beach.4

It is comprised of Building A and Building B, and I stayed in Building B.
I have a child, so I booked a room with Ondol.
Still, I had a comfortable stay because they laid out a thick mat.
I felt like it was a bit remote.
It's nice that it's so quiet.
The owner is friendly and there is a nearby beach.
It was nice that it was about 2-3 minutes away by car.
Separate recycling is possible so that waste can be separated whenever there is waste.
It was nice to be able to clean it up from time to time.
It was disappointing that there were no stairs and no hangers in the room.
Still, I intend to visit again if I come to Gangwon-do.
