Hotel is clean, has a mini-kitchen and convenience store at ground level. Easy walk from bus station. All as advertised. The awesomely great surprise was Kim Chae Yeon and Jin Hyeon Seung at the front desk. They saved us from my travel planning error by getting us from Jinju to Seoul. Far above the call of duty with their patience, understanding, helpfulness and smart advice. By all means, stay here for the tourist-level accommodations and bring your travel problems to the front desk staff for their solution!

Most unwelcoming hotel to european standard. Room was opened when we arrived, so anyone could have come in, like the person who banged on our doors in the morning waking us. Although we booked triple room, there were only 2 big towels there and one cup was missing too. The receptionist did not speak any english, had to go down to show him what was missing. Bad tasting tea and coffee without any creamer. Asked for a bit of milk from their kitchen, no way. (Asked the same in Ibis hotel in Seoul, no problem.) Very noisy from the streets. 7eleven has no sandwiches in the morning. So, so, unfriendly. Thank god we are only staying one night. One thing was good. My friend left a mobile phone in the room, they called us and sent it to us.
