The locals named it as the "Reincarnation Bridge". Perhaps it was cold, there is not many people visiting this place. On the white bridge with the huge moon crescent, continuous chanting can be heard (played continuously). The scenery was calming and peaceful. At the bottom of the bridge, there are rock placements on the river which is perfect for taking fun pictures.

Beautiful scenic area with some hiking trails. There is no fee. The main parking area on the north side of the park appears to be under development.

It a nice renovated attraction. There are two beautiful modern bridges and a stepping-stone with wonderful mountain scenery. A short circle trail surround the river. You can enjoy to follow this trail and also can drink and eat at a Korean traditional theme of pub in the middle of trail.
