It's clean overall, perhaps because the young owner decorated it nicely and took good care of it. It's close to Nambu Market, so it's perfect for eating bean sprout soup and blood sundae soup for breakfast, and it's close to Hanok Village, so it's easy to move around. Of course, the restaurant on the first floor is stocked with cereals, bread, eggs, etc., so you can have a simple breakfast. It's a remodeled 60-year-old motel building, so the space is vague, but it's perfect for staying with friends and family. There is no separate parking lot, and there is only one parking space in front of the building, but if you park in the riverside parking lot for a day, parking fees for one car are subsidized.
