Highly recommended hotel in Gyeongju!
Pros:
- Grand design and decor
- Staff are well trained and courteous
- Buffet breakfast is of high quality
- Rooms are spacious and well kept
- Well equipped gym
- Food court in the basement is of adequate quality
Cons:
- We didn't experience any
The hotel was very well priced for the time of the year we went too so all-in-all great value.4

At approximately 10 am, just before the check-out time of the hotel, I noticed 6 to 7 carts filled with cleaning tools, towels, bed sheets, and other items placed in the hotel corridor. This was an unusual sight for me as I had never seen so many carts in any other hotel I had stayed in before. Normally, there are only two or three carts visible around the hotel. In addition, I saw a staff member mopping the floor in front of the elevator.
It seemed that many people on our floor had already checked out, but I didn't yet.
What a crowded corridor filled with cleaning carts!
Other than that, everything is good.4

Great place. Good value with an in-house spa, steam room, swimming pool, game room [for bowling and dart lovers], and children centre amongst others. Also has a rooftop garden overlooking the river.4

I stayed one night with Mountain View! Room is big enough, clean, hot/cold shower, by the lake and nice for waking around the lake as well as nice cafe and restaurants!
Just a tiny hair found on a bed sheet, other than that everything is fine. A price was almost usd$200 per night! But it was not included with sauna or fitness (or even swimming poor? Was not opened this time)!!! I paid for 12,500 Korean money for sauna, this is extra separate from the cost of hotel per night! When I got out from the sauna and while I was wearing my shoes , a guy at the counter calling me to wear a shirt cause I was in a hurry to wear a shoe before t-shirt at the sauna-exit!2

The facility is OK and located in a nice area. However, they do not turn on cooling in April that the room is so hot. To make the matter worse is that air quality was bad outside when I stayed and could not open the window. For that alone, I would not recommend this hotel.
