I know that the front desk staff are emotional workers, but their irritated expressions and onomatopoeia that border on profanity without even realizing it will definitely tarnish the reputation of this resort and further solidify the image of this area in a bad way. In Korean pronunciation, "I C" is clearly an insult and no employee anywhere in the world would say that to a customer.5

The size of the hotel room was just normal. There were a lot of things to see, but I was sad that I couldn't use the water play facility, but the ocean view and sunrise were the best5

Wonderful resort right on the coast, lots of restaurants, comfortable rooms, but the quality of the food in restaurants wasn't much different than what you find in other Korean restaurants. For example, there's a pub themed restaurant next to the convenience store (which is great btw), we ordered a pepperoni pizza, but I came with spinach leaves and shrimp. The pepperoni wasn't that great either.
The sauna is nice, infinity pool is nice, gorgeous views, wonderful architecture. I'd give 5 stars if the food was a little more authentic.3

The view from the room was really nice. Surrounding area is beautiful but there is no beach nearby. You are not allowed to swim in the beach nearby. The resort room has very little to offer. There were 5 tiny hand towels for 5 guests and you need to pay for towel change/extra towel. We didn't use the pool as it was way too overcrowded/overpriced! Everything is double in price within the resort.
