Perfect location, just a walk or short cycle from all the major sites. Clean rooms, lovely host. Breakfast included (toast, spreads, drip coffee, juice) Lockers to keep bags and shoes. Would definitely stay again.

Worth it for the price I paid! 24300 KRW per night . Room was spotlessly clean and fresh. Even the reception area was clean and freshly scented. Bathroom was clean and hot water worked perfectly. It's basically a modern hanok style room with good wifi . Location was perfect too, walking distance to tombs and buses to further attractions are minutes away. Only complaint was on the futons which were quite thin but it didn't bother me at all. Free coffee and toast breakfast too! Big thanks to the friendly manager and ajuma caretaker for hosting! I will definitely recommend this place for its value and might even return !

Less than 10min walk from the bus stations. Easy access to the main sights of Gyeongju. Bus to the temple and grottos is on the main road where the accommodation is located. While room is small, it is clean and comfortable.

Cool place with nice rooms. Host is so kind, he brought us bread, eggs, jam and lemonade for breakfast.

Simple, clean rooms. Few minutes from the bus station and city main attractions. Breakfast is nothing to wait for but it's included in your price and you'll have your first coffee
