I had an exceptional 5-star experience at this hotel. The bi-level suite I booked was simply breathtaking, with a stunning 16-foot window that spanned from the first to the second level, offering an unparalleled view and ambiance. Although the room was priced at over $500 per night, it is undoubtedly worth every penny for those looking to impress. The hotel staff provided VIP treatment throughout my stay, exemplifying professionalism and courtesy. The premises were impeccably clean, and the overall service was outstanding. I have nothing but praise for this remarkable establishment.

I typically stay at this Delta location partly because of its location but mostly because of the service. The front desk staff is always welcoming and friendly but the biggest reason I enjoy the service is because of Jenny in the Aurora lounge. She truly is the ultimate professional when it comes to the lounge experience. She acknowledges me by name when I come in and remembers my drink order every time. She knows the menu inside and out, makes recommendations that suit my tastes, recommends the right wine for my meal and always, always has a smile on her face. I will continue to come back to this location even if I’m not staying at the Delta just to be served by Jenny!

Hotel fits the bill. Super friendly staff, great business travel spot, decent location for easy access to city travel. Restaurant is cool; if you get a chance to hang at the bar, Jenny is an amazing person, and makes you feel at home, while you are away from home.

It's a very "Okay" hotel. Service is great and it is clean enough but it really shows it's age. Also gods help you if you are mobility challenged and park your car in the parkade. If there is an elevator from the parkade to the main lobby I could not find them though there was a heck of a warren of stairs.

Good location. Front desk staff is friendly but other than the lobby and restaurant, this hotel is very dated and highly over priced. Towels are old and rough. Weak wifi. Can't control A/C old TVs. No Club lounge and nothing offered in place of it. Charge to park outside. Last time I was there I ordered room service and they added an 18% gratuity and then a $5 delivery fee and that's outrageous. I will not be back. You will have a better stay at four points or a townesuites in my opinion. Staff good. Hotel bad
