GWANGJU -> DAMYANG (bus) Our bus arrived here in U-square Bus terminal, came from Busan. Our next stop is Damyang. You have 2 options to travel to Damyang by bus: 1) Intercity bus - there’s direct bus to Damyang which takes around 35mins, buy your ticket at the ticket kiosk at your desired time. 2) Bus Line 311 - this is a town bus so expect a lot of stops. Total duration to arrive Damyang Bus terminal is around 1 hour.

Luggage storage lockers and delivery system available. Info desk & ticket counters aren't manned when I was there on weekdays in May 24 but there's a manned tourist info counter and some machines accept cash.

Biggest Bus terminal in Gwangju. It connects Gwangju to all the cities in South Korea. It has really fast service and good connectivity. Express buses run to each city every 30 minutes. Ticketing machines are present in every corner which has over 4 different languages. Easy to use and book tickets.

Primary bus station for travelling to and from Gwanju. Similar in setup to many train stations with restaurants and shops available for travellers. Its location next to the baseball stadium can make it crowded at times. Tickets can be purchased from kiosks and can use credit cards or the e-cards that can be purchased and reloaded at convenience stores. The main downfall is that it can be gained by transit bus, but requires a substantial walk from the nearest metro station.
