I loved my Stay there (twice). The owner Mr Kim is extremely helpful, with a friendly demeanor that gets you smiling. I became more healthy with taking the stairs & walking to the convenience of Chungmuro Station & Paris Baguette, The Korea House & Park behind it, to shopping in Myeongdong, Tickets to Nante Theater, Tour Buses close to Paris Baguette, Buses to Incheon (great ride & saved $). Yes, I Will Be Back! Very convenient location!

To many rules in this location, no lift for luggage on all floors . No eating in rooms, no microwave in room, there's a fridge but you can't put food in it only water. Heating can be used only 10 to 15 min. Rooms very cold, unbearable. 1egg , 2 slice of bread one packet of coffee is the breakfast. No amenities, no computer area, communal area on 5 floor is dirty looks like a storage room. Location is run down. Pictures on Google and renting platforms are wrong . Need to update. This place is a hostel not as advertised as a hotel. There warm water but no hot water not suitable for showering in winter time. There a bar next door but not afflicted with hostal , and no room service. You can't rest area during 10 to 12. And charged extra if you stain towels or blankets. Can stain walls either with luggage.
