location is quite far from Seoul. but great place to play ski though. This place also has cable car to go to the top of Mt Balwangsan. its around -6 to -8 at night during winter. This resort does has Groceries selling instant noodles, ready to eat meat and stuff. so no worries when getting hungry.

Skiling is fun, and food is easier to access. The resort room don't pin high hope. As not the 3-5 class hotel you be expecting

Great ski resort in Korea with one of the biggest ski domain... not comparable to French Alps or Hokkaido skiing, but still very nice...
Snow quality good in the morning, but low in the afternoon....

My plain room overlooked carpark so no view at all. But room was clean and very spacious. Be careful of small step near door entrance. Great and convenient to step straight out to the ski slopes in 2 minutes from the hotel lobby area. Extremely popular and crowded with both local and overseas visitors alike. Experienced -9 degrees celcius cold at night. There are restaurants, and a food court with separate cafe where I enjoyed a reasonably priced and delicious cheese port cutlet. But this ski resort does not have fresh powder snow as it requires snow machine since it is not cold enough. So I was extremely cautious on my first time on down-hill skiis since it was icy and hard ground. Enjoyed watching skiers doing night skiing all the way until 10pm plus. There are also snow boarders, and many ski instructors at this resort. Breakfast for groups was in their ballroom, with standard breakfast offering.
