Brand New building i think, called Summit Bay on the building? Balcony with a view. Everything in the room was as good as brandnew. Including a Washing and a drying machine. We stayed a few days. The only disadvantage is that they clean only with a stay from 4 and more days but thats a minor problem.

I booked this via airbnb - they were really responsive for all my questions. Choose the higher floors with the complete ocean views. You could see sunrise everyday and hear waves crashing outside everyday. It’s value for money per pax night, because it comes with kitchenette, Nespresso machines. I did not even feel like leaving the room because it was too nice and comfortable. It was really accessible as well as bus stops (from the bus terminal) were just outside. Additionally, there is a 24/7 7 eleven below the apartment! Really loved the accoms and would rate 10 stars.

Location is nice even if a little bit far from bus terminal, but you can reach it within 8 minutes drive by taxi. I booked studio ocean room so it’s specious and has a balcony with a stunning view right in front of the sea. Outside the building there are some coffe places and convini. Not that far there is also the Sokcho wheel eye. They provided slippers, towels and body wash and shampoo (no toothpaste). Room and bathroom were perfectly clean with hairdryer. Tv and AC available. Bed comfortable. View amazing. The only bad thing is that the procedure for check-in is self based and all the instructions are only in Korean so if you don’t speak the language nor have Korean phone number it’s impossible to do it and there is no staff available at the desk to help!! Fortunately I was with a Korean so the whole procedure for me was easy but if you’re foreigner be careful! The price was reasonable so I would recommend to stay here!

Small parking, but there is auto parking system; even through you need to be in long queue to get your car back, guard is nothing. Useless. Service is not good, no reply on other application(Agoda) and if you just book the room on other website(not Korean website) then you drive the car to here, you need to go register your car first! I think it’s better to NOT stay here
