Although I couldn't see the ocean view, it was a newly built building and the rooms and amenities were all high quality.

It's a new building so it's generally clean. Although it is near Yeongok Beach, it is difficult to expect an ocean view (if you want to see the ocean from your accommodation, we recommend staying on the 4th floor). Although it is in a somewhat ambiguous location, it can be seen as quiet. Not recommended for use with family, but okay for couples.
