Perfectly situated near restaurants, local market, has a mini store in the reception area, there's a washer and stove hidden by sliding door in the room, microwave provided as well.5

Most recommended in Ulsan!!
First, the location is very near to everywhere. The city bus and KTX bus stop is surprisingly near. The hotel itself is inside Seongnamdong area, which is crowded with many shopping and food streets.
Second, the facilities are super valuable comparing to the prices. There is mini convenience store at the lobby for 24H, the room itself is very spacious and full of home appliances, such as dishwasher, stove, 2-door fridge, and even microwave. I even got surprised knowing that there was a dining table.
Last, the staff is also helpful since we can store the luggage before check in even after check out.
Plus, the room had a great view of the river. Just wow.4

Hotel Riverside has everything - convenient tower parking, a small convenience store by the reception, a room with a small kitchen and a great view and it's close to Ulsan Young Street for all your shopping/outing needs. The star down is for the toilet because honestly, it was so uncomfortable to sit on it due to its positioning. Other than that, the staff was nice, didn't try the breakfast, because we've been eating out most of the time.4

It is excellent for my needs. The location has many restaurants and shops on the street behind it. The street behind the hotel has a roof between the buildings for several blocks and is a good place to go if you do not want to drive to eat or shop. the hotel is new and modern. The staff is very good. The housekeeping is excellent. They have a free breakfast that opens promptly at 7AM. This was my second second stay there in the past 3 months. This stay was one week. I would stay there again.4

I visited this hotel for a recent weekend and it was very pleasant. The hotel room itself was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The room was equipped with a surprisingly large amount of amenties too: washing machine, cooker stove, and an unnecessarily large fridge. Everything you might need to wait out an impending pandemic.
The view over the river was nice too, even if the architecture of Ulsan is utilitarian at best. The toilet in the bathroom was poorly positioned which made it very difficult to sit on. The breakfast buffet was also ok, nothing spectacular. Staff were friendly and professional.
