This pension is within walking distance to Sokcho Beach. Across the street from the pension are Coral 17 (a relaxing pub and restaurant) a Thai restaurant, Ice Cream Parlour, and a Pasta and Pizza Restaurant. There are a few more restaurants close to this cozy and quaint pension as well as a few convenience stores. I gave the place 5 stars because the staff is friendly, it is within walking distance to Sokcho Beach, and there are a variety of restaurants to choose from. There is also a parking lot directly underneath the pension. The only minor issue was the sink had a pipe issue and the toilet was loud. Other than that, it is a comfortable and restful place to stay for a short vacation. The bed is very comfortable and there is a small kitchen area to cook food if you want to cook. There is a billiards table and barbecue area provided for entertainment and grilling.

In conclusion, I have no intention of returning. It's okay for men to come together. I recommend avoiding it with a lover. I don't think there is any merit to the price.

I went there with 4 men. I liked that the floor was warm. It was a bit difficult to control the water temperature because the hot water was not constant. Barbecue costs an additional 30,000 won. The parking space is not large, but I was satisfied because it was free. The beach is a 1-minute walk away and there are some things to eat nearby. If I were to come to Sokcho with my girlfriend, I would go to a better place, but if I was traveling with men, I would be satisfied with this.
